A girl after our own hearts, Miley shared a snap of herself enjoying a relaxing facemask, surrounded by a giant pepperoni pizza background.
Continuing to show off Photoshop skills that would put even the slickest art designer to shame, the Wrecking Ball songstress uploaded a pic of herself and Stella with expanded, ahem… assets. Cheaper and a helluva lot less painful than actual surgery, eh?
