Millie Mackintosh is rather posh, so we hope she would through a rather good soirée.

And it seems she must be pretty decent as she’s teamed up with Tassimo and their Perfect Host panel, alongside John Torode, to help everyone else understand just how to throw the perfect party.

And right in time for Christmas too, nice work, Millie.

“I love this time of year when I have lots of excuses to catch up with friends and family,” Millie explained.

“In fact, I’m hosting Christmas at my home for the first time this year! I have just moved into a new home and after appearing on Celebrity Masterchef, expectations from guests are high. I’m thrilled to be working with Tassimo to help the nation fix their hosting horrors, and hopefully I’ll learn a thing or two along the way too.”

We need a LOT of help in the kitchen, so you’re always free to pop over and give us some tips.

According to the former Made In Chelsea star, it’s not just the food and drink that matters at a party.

Oh no, ambience is key.

“Think about lighting – luckily, we have a lot of different lighting settings in our kitchens, but candles and lamps can be used to soften a room.

“Mellow ambient music during dinner and then afterwards, I’d put on some more lively music. And finally, the smell of food cooking is also very inviting, so get something in the oven early!”

Better than the smell of stale booze, eh?

PLEASE can we come round for Christmas dinner? We promise we’ll behave.
