Last week, MIC’s Tiffany Watson got into a spot of bother when she called her co-star Mimi Bouchard a ‘dumpling’ during an episode of Made In Chelsea: Ibiza.

And now Mimi has hit back in an Instagram video about body shaming, saying the subject “really hits home”.

She said: “I had to make a video on this, it really hits home to me. I had to talk about bodyshaming and why you need to make sure to never do it. What you say about other people might have more of an effect on them than you might think.

“When people try saying mean things about me and try bringing me down for the way I look or how they think I am, it's showing other people that it's OK. Think before you speak and try being the most you as possible.

“I am so happy in the body that I am in. I've worked so hard for my body, although I'm not a six foot tall model. I don't have to look like everybody else.

“The beauty about being you is your uniqueness. What someone says about you says more about them than it says about you.”

Tiff apologised for her remark earlier this week on Twitter, writing: “Definitely do not agree with or condone body shaming but in the heat of the moment we all say things out of anger. X”.
