Love Island 2017 alumni Montana Brown was back on our screens last week after taking part in this series of Celebrity Island With Bear Grylls. However, the 23-year-old, who was coupled up with Alex Beattie on the show, quit the show halfway through.
She walked three days after controversial star Roxanne Pallett quit the show, who is keeping a low profile after her Celebrity Big Brother drama with Ryan Thomas, after reportedly becoming "jealous" of how Roxanne would be living away from the island.
However, Montana has now revealed the effects that her short stint on the island had on her body, taking to Instagram to reveal she'd lost a huge 13cm around her waist.
She wrote, 'Bear Grylls the island...what an absolutely pleasure it was to be on that show, thanks @channel4 🙌🏽 It was definitely the hardest experience of my life but I’m so glad I was in there with such an amazing group of people.
'So for all of you that were like, "eurgh you look so skinny yuck!" a few months back... it’s because my belly was full of limpet sh*t and that was probably about it so.... And also I lasted half way (not 3 days thank you...)'
Montana also thanked her fellow Islanders for their support on the show, writing, 'Right this is a lengthy one guys so deep breath... Thanks to everyone who was on that experience with me. You will always be so special to me as you all looked after me so much, so thank you 😘.'
She thanked Anthony Ogogo for 'being the older brother I never had' and for his 'constant positivity,' she thanked Jo Wood for being her 'jungle mum' and called TOWIE star Pete Wicks a 'gem', amongst others.
