We were all a little shocked when Love Island's Cara de la Hoyde announced her pregnancy recently, but we're still very excited to follow the next chapter in their journey.
Cara revealed the news just a month after they announced their amicable split.
She told OK! Magazine: "It’s a shame and a sad situation. I know a lot of people will think, well you’re going to have a baby together so just stay together – but we’re not going to do that just to look like the perfect couple.
"Me and Nathan would always speak about kids, we said maybe when we’re 30, but sometimes life doesn’t go to plan."
The pair reportedly have no plans to get back together.

After keeping quiet following Cara's announcement, Nathan acknowledged becoming a dad on Twitter but he’s yet to say anything else about it or Cara, something that many of his followers aren't happy about.
He wrote: "Yes it's true..I'm going to be a Dad. Its an emotional time for me and I'm overwhelmed by all the support from both my family and friends.”
And now Nathan has addressed the criticism surrounding the situation, taking to Instagram to reply to a few negative comments.
After someone commented on a picture of Nathan about he would 'deeply regret' being a part of Cara's pregnancy and how tough it can be being a single mum, Nathan replied: ”I am apart of the pregnancy but I don’t want to chuck it down peoples necks every minute I get a chance to.
"Plus it’s my business and don’t think I need to share it with the world constantly x I’m not having a dig at you it’s the way i deal with it."
Fair enough.
Meanwhile, Cara has shared another baby bump snap with fans on Instagram after revealing that she has been suffering from 'horrendous morning sickness' for the past few days.
So cute!
We can't wait for this lil Love Island babba.
