For eye shadow palettes and highlighter, you probably don't think about Primark. Fair enough - you're too busy swimming in a sea of this season’s sandals, outrageously cheap tees and other fast-fashion items to think about anything else other than the bargain you've just nailed.
But their PS Minerals makeup range has just taken the beauty world by storm. While the queens of eye colour palettes have often been touted as upmarket brands such as Urban Decay or Nars, now Primark has muscled in on the title race. Fortunately, their new MINERALS, NUDES, SMOKY and BRONZE palettes are just £4 if you're not willing to part with eye watering amounts of cash for colourful peepers.
"The shimmers are gorgeous" says one blogger. "Nudes nudes nudes!" says another. About the NUDES range, obviously.
As well as the eyeshadow palettes, Primark also dropped a beautiful highlighter kit eerily similar to the cult, and pricey, Anastasia Beverley Hills Glow Kits. Except Primark's are four quid, and Anastasia's are £38.
People are going mad for it, and you can see why - the pigmentation is amazing, as in, the colour really shows up strongly when you apply it to your face. For anyone who doesn't use words like "pigmentation" on the regular.
Seems they're all selling out pretty fast, so get yourself down to Primark, stat.
