When the One Direction lads got on stage in Montreal, Canada on Saturday (5 September), fans noticed that there was something not quite right with Niall Horan, as he sported a cast on his right lower leg.
But when band mate Louis Tomlinson quizzed Niall on the injury, but he couldn’t quite define how he acquired it.

He simply said: "I woke up before the show the other day and I had a pain in my foot.
"Then I went to get an x-ray today and I've got a fractured right foot and I don't know how."
Poor Niall! Was alcohol involved, by any chance? That’s where all our mysterious injuries seem to stem from.
It’s not been an easy ride in the leg department for Niall over the years, as he previously underwent knee surgery last year.
He described on Twitter that it was “much larger than first anticipated”.
He explained: “Hey guys I know most of you have seen those pics today! Yes I’ve had major knee surgery, a much larger surgery than first anticipated.
“But I would like to tell you, it was a complete success! Considering the scale of it!”
Get well soon Niall. And please, look after yourself, young lad.
