Nicki Minaj had to bring her concert to a sudden halt on Friday after violence broke out in the crowd.

The Anaconda singer was performing at the Concord Pavilion in California as part of her PinkPrint tour when it happened.

One fan was even pepper sprayed during the chaos and had to be carried through the crowd onto the stage.

When the fight broke out, Minaj reportedly called out over her microphone to help out the victim.

She said: “Bring her to the stage… The one that just got pepper sprayed with mace in the face.”

One fan uploaded this video of the drama:

Some concert goers even reported that chairs were thrown during the drama, which kicked off while Nicki and boyfriend Meek Mill – who is also her supporting act for the tour - were performing on stage.

After the show, Nicki posted a picture of herself on Instagram, saying:

“Sold out show in the Bay Area last night. They were more than turnt... Let's just say that. Lol. Can't wait to see u guys again.”

The sold out concert reportedly came to an end after the brawl. It’s not known what triggered the crowd violence.
