It's been a tough time for Nicole Kidman - she lost her father, Dr Anthony Kidman, in September - but says that her husband Keith Urban has been the reason she managed to pull through. Awwwww.

The 47 year-old has spoken out about the tough time she faced, describing her husband as her 'rock': '‘I’m incredibly fortunate that I’ve managed to find an extraordinary man. nHe has been such a rock for me, through everything, particularly the last few weeks,' she told the website Mamamia. 'He’s just been divine; so full of love and support, as have my children, as has my sister and my mum, we’ve been through a lot.'

She's had some time off, but Nicole is now back doing photo calls and interviews to promote her new film Before I Go To Sleep with Colin Firth, and admits that she'd finding the return back to work pretty difficult right now, which is understandable. 'It’s been awful. I think we are all still navigating through huge loss and grief right now, my Mum, my sister and I. It’s rough. It’s still too soon for me, but I guess it’s going to feel like that for a long time,' she told News Corp Australia in another interview.

'You have just got to push on. My Dad, in a weird way, would have … that’s always what he taught us, you just have to put one foot in front of the other. That’s part of it,' she added.

Good luck to her, and we hope she keeps going onward and upward!
