If it's a secret then why did he go and tell? Moral of the story for Nicole: Louis probably shouldn't be in your inner circle, hun.
Louis made the bombshell revelation about Nicole while filming an episode of Celebrity Juice.
An audience member told the Mirror Online: "The celebs were playing a game called 'What's The Craic' about different stars with secrets and someone made a comment about Nicole's boobs.
"Louis then blurted out, 'Yes, they're new boobs! She has new boobs!' Everyone gasped and there was an awkward silence afterwards. He didn't seem to be joking."

But Nic's spokesperson tells heat that Lou-Lou's got it all wrong.
They told us: "This isn’t true. Nicole is lucky to be blessed with amazing genes and is just getting hotter as she gets older."
In happier news, the former Pussycat Doll has revealed that she is keen to walk down the aisle with tennis player beau, Grigor Dimitrov.
Speaking about tying the knot, she told InStyle: "A few years down the line, yeah, it’s something that I’m going to be thinking about.
"I feel like I haven’t scratched the surface of what I’m supposed to do and create, and that’s where my mind is at.
"So when I’ve got there, and it’s the right time, then maybe I’ll think about kids and a family."
