Big Brother stars including Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace and Glyn Wise have paid tribute to the late Nikki Grahame, who has tragically passed away aged 38 following a long battle with anorexia.

After Nikki's representative confirmed the 'immeasurably sad' news earlier today, Nikki's friends have taken to social media to pay touching tributes to the star.

Glyn Wise, who appeared on Big Brother 7 alongside Nikki, wrote, "Beyond Upset!

"Devastating news about the passing of Nikki Graham. A true icon and the real winner of Big Brother 7! I will always remember your laughter, your smile, your tantrums and bluntness. But more than anything I’ll remember your zest for life. I love you always Nikki xxx"

Fellow Big Brother star Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace was evidently blindsided by the news, simply sharing a photo of Nikki with the caption "I can't breath" [sic].

Former Big Brother host Davina McCall said, "I am so desperately sad to hear about Nikki Graham x my thoughts are with her friends and family xx she really was the funniest , most bubbly sweetest girl x".

TOWIE star Mario Falcone wrote, "RIP Nikki Grahame. Sad news. Just 38 years old 🙏🏼❤️", with presenter Paddy McGuinness taking to Twitter to say, "Bloody hell, just read the sad news about Nikki Grahame. Definitely one of the stars from the glory years of reality tv. I met her a long time ago and she was a lovely girl. RIP young lady."

Earlier today, Nikki's representative confirmed the devastating news of her death.

In a statement, they said, "It is with immeasurable sadness that Nikki Grahame passed away in the early hours of Friday 9th April 2021.

"Please respect the privacy of Nikki’s friends and family at this tragic and difficult time."

Just last week, Nikki's mother Sue told This Morning of her daughter's battle with disordered eating.

She said, "With Covid, it sounds crazy but stuff like gyms closing impacted her.

"In order for her to eat she needs to know she can exercise, so when they closed it was quite a worry, the isolation as well.

"I asked her if she would come and stay with me but she said she needs to be in her home."

Our thoughts are with Nikki's family and friends at this tragic time.
