Last night's National Television Awards saw Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly take home the gong for Best TV Presenter for the 15th YEAR in a row, in what's gotta be some record-smashing streak.

But addressing rumours that it's getting boring for the comedy duo to pick up the same award time after time, Dec said they actually become more and more grateful as the years go by. When they got up on stage to whoops and cheers across the O2, Dec said: "Thank you so much, this is amazing.

"People said to us on the way tonight, 'Does it get boring winning awards?' No! It doesn't! If anything, our gratitude has grown over the years because you never know when you're going to get it again."

Ant added: "It's getting a bit mental now!"

The pair have been working together since meeting on Byker Grove in 1989, but admitted they didn't like each other to start.

"We didn't particularly like each other at first, I thought he was miserable," Dec once told Jonathan Ross.

"We've rowed a few times - we're quite competitive," Ant added.

What we want to know is: who the hell takes home all the trophies? Do they take it in turns? Or is there an elaborate rota system involving each gong being shunted between the Ant/Dec households on a six-month rolling basis?
