Olivia Attwood would be the first to admit she’s a party girl at heart. And sometimes her alcohol-fuelled antics can get her into a bit of trouble. Take her recent trip to Ibiza with BFF Pete Wicks. After the duo were spotted looking cosy on a yacht, fans became concerned there was trouble in Olivia and Bradley Dack’s marriage.
But Olivia, 34, was quick to dispel the rumours. Speaking to heat about Pete – who she hosts weekly radio show The Sunday Roast with on Kiss FM – she confesses, ‘I think it’s to be expected when you’ve got two straight people working together. It happened when I first joined TOWIE, and Pete and I became very close and spent a lot of time together. I just don’t get too invested in it. I am wild, and I do go to Ibiza every year and let my hair down. And I do get told off by my husband. I’m not perfect, Brad’s not perfect, but we make it work.’

Having been married to Brad, 31, for two years, obviously Olivia isn’t the ‘bad wife’ she jokingly makes herself out to be. Sadly, though, the same can’t be said for the latest batch of fellas taking part in season two of her ITV hit Bad Boyfriends. Letting us know that this second season is even better than the first, Olivia says, ‘These boyfriends make last series’ look positively vanilla. They are a lot naughtier. And with that, we’ve become a bit braver with what we want to do with the show. There’s a lot more depth, and I think we explore the reasons for people’s behaviour on a much deeper level.’
A natural in front of the camera, Olivia’s protectiveness over the cast – which she admits comes from a desire to emulate the late Caroline Flack’s presenting style, after the pair met when Olivia starred on Love Island in 2017 – shines through.

‘Speaking to the younger girls, I can’t wait for them to get to the stage in their life where I am,’ Olivia shares. ‘I’m so happy to be in my 30s and know what I want from life, and know what I will and won’t accept. I think your 20s are always dressed up to be the best time, and actually, I was really lost. I didn’t date the right people, because how can you if you don’t know what you want? I think that’s what I see in a lot of the younger girls. I don’t want to patronise them, but I know life’s going to get really good for them.’
It’s fair to say that Olivia’s self-assurance in her 30s is ensuring some serious career success. As well as Bad Boyfriends, she’ll also be back on our screens with her brand-new show The Heat – filmed this summer, and set to air on ITV in 2026 – which follows 10 young cooks as they head to Barcelona to work under award-winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. ‘It’s so different to anything else I’ve done,’ teases Olivia. ‘It’s really, really fun. John-Christophe is a legend, and he’s really funny, really passionate. My role in the show is to narrate the goings-on with the cast, but there’s a very funny dynamic between the two of us that I think people will really enjoy.’

Olivia also won over This Morning viewers when she presented alongside Dermot O’Leary this summer. She tells us, ‘I loved This Morning, and luckily they loved me, which I was worried about. From ITV and our own side, we’d like it to be a repeat thing, but they’re going back into regular scheduling with Cat and Ben, so I think it’s more about where and when I could pop back in.
‘Derm was just the dream to work alongside. I have so much respect for him as a broadcaster, and hopefully I’ll be able to work with him some more.’
Olivia Attwood’s Bad Boyfriends starts Sunday 14 September at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
