We can’t imagine there would be much time left over for fun and new love if we were presenting the live X Factor shows so it’s hardly a surprise that the rumours of love between ex-XF contestants Olly Murs and Diana Vickers has been rubbished by the man himself.
We chatted to Olly on the red carpet at the Simon Cowell Music Industry Trusts Awards (MITS) tonight. The handsome pop star told us there is no truth in the stories that he and Vickers have been seeing each other…
“It’s just so ridiculous. They’re just rumours. Me and Diana are friends, we’ve known each other for a long time. The story is a load of rubbish. The story doesn’t make any sense! We laugh about it, we’re like, this is ridiculous about us dating, we’re obviously not. We find it funny.”
Right. That’s us told.
So, if anyone is desperately waiting for a magical* X Factor* wedding to take place anytime soon, maybe don’t hold your breath?
