The businesswoman announced her engagement via Twitter, showing off her sparkler with the caption: "Feeling like the luckiest girl in the world.”
The identity of Luisa’s hubby-to-be is still unknown as he apparently ‘hates the media’.
The mum-of-one said in an interview earlier this year: “I am in a relationship with someone who hates the media. So we've made a pact that I won't talk about that side of things..."
So this probably means she won’t be releasing any pictures from her star-studded wedding right?
The next question which we’re DYING to find out the answer to- will her fellow former Celebrity Big Brother housemate/ lover Dappy be invited to the wedding????
