Well, well, well, what do we have here? A sick pop star?! HOW DARE THEY!
Oh, alright, they are only human we SUPPOSE but we must say we were left wondering what had happened to Zayn Malik when One Direction accepted their award during the MTV Europe Music Awards on Sunday night.
Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan made a short speech to accept their prize for Best Pop Act but Zayn was nowhere to be seen with no explanation.
They said: “Thank you so much for everything. We really wanted to be there tonight, but we can’t be. Thank you.”
Err, was Zayn wearing his invisibility cloak or something? He looked find when we saw him on the group’s Google+ Hangout earlier that day.
Television presenter Laura Whitmore confirmed Zayn was a sicko when the message of thanks was filmed and that he was safely tucked up in bed.
Phew! At least he hasn’t left the band...
Oh, and in case you’re wondering, 1D have still got it after picking up three awards on the night – Best Pop Act, Best Live and Biggest Fans.
Big whoop!
