Looks like Zayn Malik won’t be winning the prize for fiancée of the year after he described his relationship with Perrie Edwards as “just kind of engaged”.
Kind of? The pair announced their plans to tie the knot over a year ago, but the One Direction star still hasn’t progressed to understanding what the word means, let alone to planning the big day?
The singer revealed in an interview on BBC Breakfast: “I haven't really thought about getting married yet, we're just kind of engaged.”
Brightening the day of 1D fans across the country, he continued: “We haven't really thought about the wedding side of things or how we're gonna do that.”
The mustachioed heartthrob also revealed that he hasn’t chosen a best man yet, which, with all of those fragile boyband egos at stake, is surely set to be one of the most time-consuming tasks of the whole business.
Harry Styles chimed in to suggest: "They did it for the presents, how many times do I have to tell everyone?"
With this level of apathy on display, that might not be far from the truth, Haz.
