But what if It's Not Their Fault, guys?

Those poor 1D boys always seem to end up being the subject of Twitter spats, don't they (here's lookin' at you, Liam)? But this time, they're staying out of the latest accusations - wise choice, we reckon. Chad Gilbert, guitarist for punk band New Found Glory (remember them? They used to be quite hot when we were at school. Er, not so much now), reckons Hazza, Louis, Liam, Niall and Zayn have ripped off NFG's song, It's Not Your Fault as Chad tweeted the following yesterday:

Chad ain't best pleased

We imagine this copyright problem occurs quite often - there's only so many riffs, melodies and instruments in the world. But obvs this caused all sorts of arguments and One Direction's fan base then began targeting Chad on Twitter. New Found Glory's fans stuck up for him though, so it wasn't all bad. Chad later tweeted that his original tweet was just a joke and "music influences music. No one cares" [sic]. We would kinda care if we were him believing those claims, we must admit. Now, jokes aside, Chad reckons he should get a cut in One Direction's small fortune as they've supposedly reworked the piano part in their new single, *Steal My Girl *(or should we say song?). Some spare cash would be lovely wouldn't it? If you happen to get anything, Chad, we'd quite like a Chanel 2.55 please.
