Katy's sharks have become famous, so famous in fact that a 3D printing and figurine design company have produced their own 2.7 inch version of the confused-looking blue creatures and Katy is reportedly suing them! Can she do that?

The 30-year-old's lawyers sent a 'cease and desist letter' to Shapeways saying that have 'infringed copyright'. Ooh, that sounds like some serious wording. Don't f*** with Katy's sharks, they'll turn around and bite you in the bum.
Legal team Greenberg Traurig sent a letter to Fernando Sosa, operator of the website PoliticalSculptor, and Shapeways, saying: "As you are undoubtedly aware, our client never consented to your use of its copyrighted [intellectual property], nor did our client consent to the sale of the infringing product."
Well, they're you go. Don't replicate any sort of Katy-shark-like figures, because you're not allowed. Thanks.
