P Diddy ‘will NOT be facing criminal charges’ over UCLA kettlebell incident

According to reports, P Diddy won't face any criminal charges following the alleged altercation with his son's football coach, San Alosi, at the UCLA campus.

The LA District Attorney have decided not to proceed with felony charges, after Diddy, real name Sean Combs, was originally arrested for felony aggravated assault and making terrorist threats after allegedly swinging a kettleball on June 22.

*TMZ *have now reported there will be an informal hearing with the rapper and others involved in the incident held by LA City Attorney on October 15.

Speaking on Power 105's The Breakfast Club show, Diddy said: "When you have a child that plays sports, you're actually giving your child up to those coaches.

"You have to be able to take a lot. As a Combs, my sons, they have to be able to take a lot, you can't have no soft skin.

"But I think there's a fine line, too, and I think that there's times when you have to just communicate and find out what's going on and be by your children's side."

Diddy, who at the time said the incident was a 'miscommunication', continued: "At the end of the day, it's just about communication.

"I went there to communicate … It was just a miscommunication. Anybody can relate to if you feel like you have to go and straighten something out for your child."

A the hearing later on this month, Diddy, who says he was acting in self-defence, could simply be issued with a warning about his temper or asked to attend some anger management classes, the webside reported.
