It was previously rumoured that Paddy McGuinness would make a cameo appearance on ITVbe’s reality show The Real Housewives of Cheshire as his wife Christine joins the cast in the new series. However, it’s now been reported Paddy’s keen not get involved in the show.

It’s thought his latest marriage drama after being spotted out on the town with singer Nicole Appleton is the reason he doesn’t want to appear in the series.

“Paddy is happy Christine has joined Real Housewives but wants no part in it,” a source told The Sunday Mirror.

They continued: “He is fully supporting her – but from behind the scenes.”

It seems Paddy is hoping to avoid any more potential drama and focus on his relationship after Christine agreed to forgive Paddy and let him back into their home.

“Christine now believes her husband when he says that nothing romantic happened with Nicole and he managed to win back her trust,” a source told The Sun.

Christine is due to make her Real Housewives debut when the show returns for its 7th series at the end of March.
