Peaches Geldof's younger sister Tiger Lily is making the welfare of her baby nephews a priority in the wake of their mum's tragic death through a heroin overdose earlier this year.
Tiger Lily, 18, is reportedly rallying around Peaches' widower Thomas Cohen ahead of the little family's first Christmas without the 25-year-old socialite and TV presenter.
According to an Australian mag, Tiger Lily has made the two boys her "number one mission", with a source saying: "Tiger immediately made her beloved nephews Astala and Phaedra her number one priority. Tiger was incredible and became a total rock for everyone."
Peaches and Tiger were very close, despite their seven-year age gap – Tiger's parents were INXS frontman Michael Hutchence and Paula Yates, but when she was orphaned at the age of four, Peaches' dad Bob Geldof adopted her and brought her up alongside Peaches, Pixie and Fifi Trixibelle.
It's been eight months since Peaches was discovered at her family home totally unresponsive. Extensive tests later revealed she had been taking the heroin substitute methadone for two and a half years before her death, but had recently become hooked again on heroin.
Her second husband Thomas later gave a statement that said: "My beloved wife Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons Astala and Phaedra and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts every day."
