“People are saying I’ve taken it too far but I haven’t”: Holly Hagan talks to heatworld about her THREE STONE weight loss

Geordie Shore’s Holly Hagan has worked hard to shed an impressive three stone – so heatworld chatted to her about how she’s done it.

“I start off with porridge in the morning, then chicken with salad and half a sweet potato for lunch. Dinner is steak or salmon with loads of veg and maybe some rice. I have carbs, but I’ve swapped white carbs for sweet potato and brown rice,” she says. Sounds tasty.

“I’ve lost three stone in total and gone from a size 16 to an 8 over a very long period of time. I never thought I’d be able to say I’m a size eight.

“I’ve had loads of setbacks with filming – I always put weight back on with all the drinking and kebabs. Geordie Shore would be boring if we weren’t drunk!”

And what does new, healthy Holly do now when she’s hanging?

“If I’m hungover I have banana pancakes with peanut butter instead of a McDonald’s,” she says. Um, we’re DEFINTELY going to try that.

And what does Holly have to say to those who think she’s gone too skinny?

“A lot of people are saying I’ve taken it too far but I’m 5’3”. I was 12s 7lb before and now I’m 9st 3lb. It’s the perfect weight for my height. I was overweight before. People on social media are never going to be happy!”
