Peter Andre and Emily MacDonagh might have just got married at the weekend, but today they’ve got another reason to celebrate: it’s the three-year anniversary of their first official date!
They went public at the Magic Mike premiere back in 2012, when Emily was still an undergraduate studying medicine at university.
They met after Pete’s doctor, urologist Ruaraidh – who had operated on Pete’s kidney stones – introduced him to his daughter, the then 22-year-old Emily.
Since then, the couple have had 18-month-old daughter Amelia, Emily has graduated and become a hospital doctor, and they’ve tied the knot in a low-key ceremony in front of friends and family.
