We think Peter Andre may be feeling a bit red faced after a High Court judge suggested he was a ‘liar’. The news comes as Pete’s former TV show producer was given significant damages from ITV2.
Producer Neville Hendrix sued ITV2 after his contract to produce TV shows, including Peter’s reality TV programme, were cancelled. In court, Pete gave evidence against Neville – even claiming that Neville had made “death threats” to Pete’s manager, and Neville’s ex, Claire Powell.

The Sun report that Mr Justice Flaux said the* Strictly Come Dancing* star’s evidence was “extremely exaggerated” and “particularly unreliable”.
Speaking of Pete’s claims against Neville, he said: “I completely disbelieve Mr Andre’s evidence about the alleged death threats.
“I am quite satisfied no death threats were ever made by Mr Hendricks against Ms Powell of against anyone else.”
He added: “Obviously, I have thought long and hard before reaching this conclusion about a well-known entertainer who is in the public eye.
“But I have concluded that this evidence has been made up by Mr Andre.”
Neville’s company was seeking compensation for lost profits and is reported to want a sum of around £6 million.
