The name on everybody’s lips is Hiddleswift. Yes, that completely authentic union between Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston has hit the three-week mark (has it really only been that long?) and people just can’t get enough of them because they’re already soooo in love.
Why else would Tom wear the cringiest t-shirt in history, other than to announce that he 'hearts TS'?
Well according to Phillip Schofield and his insider knowledge – the whole thing is fake. As fake as Sophie Gradon and Katie Salmon’s kiss on Love Island.
The This Morning presenter announced that he actually knows someone in the Hiddleswift fold, and he didn’t hold back when talking about how he really felt about their very public relationship.
On Wednesday’s show, he told Rylan Clark-Neal: "I was talking to someone yesterday that knows him very well and he would not do the T-shirt thing, it’s not in his nature to do that,"
Phillip was then shown the now-viral photograph of a very uncomfortable looking Ryan Reynolds (so LOL) alongside the unstoppable Hiddleswift PDA from Taylor’s 4th of July party, to which he replied adamantly: "She’s leading everyone on, I’m pretty sure,"
Does this give weight to those rumours that the pair are in fact filming an elaborate music video? Or is everyone looking into it way too much?
Phillip and co-presenter Holly Willoughby have spoken about the new couple’s less-than-shy dalliance many times before, but it seems that Scho has had enough of the entire thing.
Since Tom and Taylor were spotting awkwardly kissing on that rock but 21 days ago, they have met each other’s families, travelled across the world together, and had a cosy Independence Day with Tay’s mates.
Oh, and did we mention that absolutely abysmal t-shirt?
Apparently he’s definitely NOT in the line-up to be the next James Bond now that his air of mystery has been stripped away. But that’s pretty likely when you’re dating the most famous popstar in the universe, TBF.
