We should probably be encouraging everyone to be friends and spread a message of peace and love throughout the showbiz world, but we can’t deny the fact we thoroughly enjoy a good ol’ fashioned celebrity feud. They’re juicy AF.
But one feud we literally had no idea about is the sixteen-year bad blood between two pop icons, Pink and Christina Aguilera.
Despite collaborating on the legendary Lady Marmalade hit, Pinks revealed her and Christina didn’t get along at all and claimed Christina even tried to punch her in a club once.
“We were super young and super new at the whole thing, and I I think I’m an alpha, and she’s an alpha,” Pink told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live.
“I’m used to taking my altercations physical and she’s used to having them verbal. We’re just very different…And we were very young and new.”
Pink goes on to insist that they’ve but all tension behind them and properly made up when they were on the The Voice USA together. But not before admitting their rivalry nearly came to blows on one occasion.
When asked if any of their arguments had turned physical, Pink revealed: “Actually, she swung at me in a club. Hilarious! I was like, ‘What’s happening right now? What’s happening?”
Who knew, eh?
She went on to say that the feud fizzled out since they both became mums: “We grew up. We hugged it out. It’s that simple. I feel so good about that.”
