Police have discovered drugs at the home of Bobbi Kristina Brown after she was found unresponsive in the bath, according to reports.

Bobbi, who is the daughter of late singer Whitney Houston, was discovered face down in the water at her home by husband Nick Gordon before she was rushed to hospital in Atlanta on Saturday.

Police said no drugs were found at the property after an initial search but family sources have allegedly told website TMZ that narcotics were retrieved.

Cops were apparently only looking for things “out in the open” during the first search but are alleged to have made the discovery during a second, more thorough search.

Bobbi’s famous mother, who battled drug addiction, died in her bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles in 2012 but no cause has been confirmed for Bobbi’s tragedy.

The news comes after her family broke their silence to say Bobbi was still “fighting for her life”.

A statement read: “Bobbi Kristina is fighting for her life and is surrounded by immediate family.

“As her father [singer Bobby Brown] already stated, we are asking you to honour our request for privacy during this difficult time.

“Thank you for your prayers, well wishes, and we greatly appreciate your continued support.”
