It’s reported that Caitlyn Jenner could be facing misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charges as soon as next week, as investigators revealed they would be putting forward that case.

One woman lost her life following the four vehicle crash back in February.

Now it’s believed the detective leading the investigation will hand over the case results to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's next week.

More news!

The maximum sentence for the charge is one year behind bars and insiders believe it’s unlikely she’ll be jailed.

“It's unlikely Caitlyn will spend one day behind bars, because the maximum penalty for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter is one year in jail,” they told RadarOnline.

“Caitlyn's driving record is essentially clean, and she has no prior criminal history.”
