Poor Lucy Mecklenburgh – the ex-TOWIE star turned fitness guru was in a terrifying car crash this morning – and seems to be very shaken up by the whole ordeal.
Lucy appeared on Lorraine this morning to chat all things fitness, but was involved in a scary car crash on her way home from the studio. Not what what she had in her plans.

Sounds nasty. We hope she gets herself checked out by a medical professional, obviously – as well as lots of rest and cuddles from boyf Louis Smith.
It’s been a bit of a hectic time for Lucy of late – heat revealed that Lucy recently blocked mate (or non-mate?) Sam Faiers on Twitter over rivalry about their similar fitness websites.
A friend told heat: “Lucy thinks Sam could have been more original.”
Whatever’s going on with her mates, we hope Lucy rests up and manages to get over her car crash ordeal ASAP.
