Today (23rd April), the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's youngest son, Prince Louis, turns one-year-old, and to celebrate the day, Kensington Palace released some new super cute photos of the young Prince.

In two of the photos, taken by his mum the Duchess of Cambridge, the little boy is wearing a dark red jumper, with a pocket, and in the third photo, Prince Louis is wearing a blue jumper with a cute, little dog pattern.

Since the photos were released late last night, ahead of Prince Louis first birthday, the tweet has received nearly 70K likes, and more than 10K comments. One well-wisher tweeted, 'Beautiful photos Happy 1st Birthday Prince Louis 🎈🎂🎈', with another saying, '☺️☺️☺️Awwwwww"""! I can't stop looking at our little angel 😘 Prince Louis is so cute and beautiful 💛 And those two teeth 🤗 Thank you KP for sharing beautiful photos of Prince Louis 🥰 You are so beautiful family.☺️☺️☺️'.

Prince Louis was born on 23rd April 2018, which is also St George's Day, and is fifth inline to the throne after his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Kensington Palace confirmed the lovely news on Twitter in a statement which read, 'Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs. The baby weighs 8lbs 7oz. The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth. Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well'. [sic]

A couple of weeks later, the first official photos of Prince Louis were released showing his older sister Princess Charlotte cradling him in her arms. The photo was taken by the Duchess of Cambridge on Princess Charlotte's third birthday.
