Pro Green reveals Millie Mackintosh carb starved before her Women’s Health cover shoot…

Professor Green has revealed Millie Mackintosh’s last minute dieting tip – cutting out carbs.

Now this might not sound unusual but given that Millie’s most recent interview with Women’s Health included her talking about not bothering with calorie counting, it is a little odd.

The Lullaby rapper, who married the former Made In Chelsea star back in September last year, posted a picture of Millie’s cover (where she does look pretty amazing) on his Instagram page with the caption:

“You might not have been that fun while you weren't eating carbs but my wife, I salute you! you worked so hard for this @camillamackintosh”.

During the interview, Millie spoke about her hardcore gym routines which she regularly uploads videos of to her profile and added: “I don't weigh myself or look at calories - I'm not really fussed about it.”

The 25-year-old also took a chance in the interview to speak out about critics of her weight, adding: “They’re commenting on my thigh gap and they accuse me of promoting it. But that’s how my legs have looked since I was a child, that is my body.

“Thin-shaming is just as bad as fat-shaming…Women especially should be kinder to other women’s bodies. I don’t cry myself to sleep about it, but I don’t want people to think that’s some kind of body ideal I’m putting out there.”
