Hello and welcome to the all new and improved heat extra app!
Just in time for Christmas, the technical folk behind the app have outdone themselves by adding in a new function: Quikkly Action Tags.
Don't know what that means? Let us explain.
Here's what you need to do:
Look out for the Action Tags throughout the magazine, like this one, sharing space with Spencer Matthews in the top right hand corner of this page:
Open your heat extra app (you'll want to have the latest version, so check your updates), then hover your phone over the tags and hit the 'scan it' button.
What will magically happen is a seamless transition to watching, buying or listening to things on the page - making it come to life in your actual hands. You'll be able to access exclusive behind-the-scenes videos and much more, like this video of Alan Carr in the Christmas issue, on sale now, dressed up as Madonna:
If you like it, tell your mates, because it's the season of goodwill and all that, and it's kinda handy.
