Rachel, who shot to fame as queen bee Regina George in 2004 flick Mean Girls, was thought to be pregnant in February after E! News reported that she had missed a few events and hadn't been seen on a red carpet since September.
Rachel was first spotted with American screenwriter Jamie, who wrote Channing Tatum film Dear John, in April 2016, and their relationship status was confirmed that June.
She first spoke out about her yearning for children in 2009, when she told People: "My mom is a great inspiration to me...
"She’s a nurse and very nurturing and gentle. She lets me be who I am. Hopefully I can take on those qualities and be as great as her."
