Sometimes you’ve just got to hand it to the celebs we so ardently follow: they make our jobs easy at times (at times. We said at times. It’s really not always this easy).
Anyway, praise be to Reese Witherspoon, Selma Blair and Sarah Michelle Gellar, who have just made our lives complete by GOING TO SEE THE* CRUEL INTENTIONS* MUSICAL. And documenting it all on Instagram for the entire world to see.
This actually happened and is equal parts cute and nostalgic. WE LOVE YOU GIRLS.

She also put up a photo of Sarah doing a selfie in front of the stage. Which would have been inappropriate in any other situation, but when it’s the star of the original film? It has to be done.
We’d have been quaking in our boots if we were those actors, by the way. Imagine the pressure.
Let’s hope this trend takes off. We want to see Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes down a high school performance of Romeo and Juliet next, all right?
Now, we’re off to book ourselves some tickets to the musical (and some flights to LA while we’re at it).
