Actress Mila Jovovich and husband Paul Anderson have welcomed a baby girl.
Us Weekly confirmed the news, reporting that she named her baby daughter Dashiel Edon.
The bundle of joy arrived earlier today, weighing albs and 10 oz.
Mila’s rep told E! News: “Milla delivered her daughter Dashiel Eden at 5:45 this morning.
“Everyone is thrilled and beyond happy! Milla is in cuddle mode with her new daughter!”
Mila’s pregnancy delayed the production of the next instalment of the Resident Evil franchise.
After confirming that she was expecting, the 39-year-old released a statement reading: "…We want to make the best movie possible and that would be extremely difficult, to say the least, in my present condition. I would like to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has been working so hard on the movie in South Africa already and we are so looking forward to working with you all next summer.”
Mila is already mum to 7-year-old daughter Ever Gabo.
