Rick Ross could be facing kidnapping and assault charges after he was reportedly arrested at his mansion in Atlanta, Georgia for getting into a fight with one of the workers on his house.
US Marshals Service fugitive task force have taken the rapper into custody along with a man who is supposedly his bodyguard.
Further reports state Ross is currently being held in jail based on kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery charges.
News station WSB-TV says the incident also involved a builder who was working on his house.
Apparently Ross pistol-whipped the worker and his bodyguard, whose name hasn't been released, may face the same charges.
TMZ have reported this incident took place two weeks ago.
Jim Joyner, a supervisor with the Marshals' Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, told the AP news agency that authorities showed up at the mansion, once owned by boxer Evander Holyfield. Jim added: "They refused to open the gate, so we opened the gate for them.
"They didn't put up a struggle or anything."
This is the second time in the past two weeks Ross has been arrested.
His first arrest occured when police stopped him over in his Bentley.
Ross broke the car window tinting regulations, which is when the officer who arrested him on suspicion of possessing marijuana.
According to that report the police found mariguana in the vehicle.
