Rihanna banned Rita Ora from her Met Gala after party

Looks like Rihanna still ain’t a fan of Rita Ora then…

Ri-Ri held a Met Gala after party at the Up & Down nightclub in New York City, but is said to have refused to give Rita an invitation.

Rihanna – who is signed to the same record label, Roc Nation, as the Voice UK star – saw banning Rita from the star-studded party as a "chance for revenge".

A source told The Sun: "She has a real issue with Rita and this was her chance for revenge.

"She made it clear when organising her party that Rita was not to gatecrash under any circumstances."

Prior to the party, the 27 year old is also said to have spent the night hanging out Rita's former best pal Cara Delevingne, which caused a "very icy" atmosphere between Rita and the supermodel.

But in fairness to Cara… we wouldn’t turn down a night of hanging out with Ri-Ri.

However an insider close to Rita has insisted she had no plans to attend the after party and was happy to spend the evening partying with a certain Wrecking Ball rider instead.

A source said: "It was very icy between Rita and Cara. They spent the night trying to ignore each other. Rita decided to hang out with Miley Cyrus instead.

"She was never going to attend Rihanna's party because she'd made plans to go to another bash."
