Rihanna doesn’t think performing on stage with Taylor Swift ‘makes sense’

Well that's out the window - if you ever wanted Rihanna and Taylor Swift to perform together, FORGET IT.

RiRi has totally dismissed the fact the pair would every work together, because she thinks their audiences are different.

Among other reasons, RiRi also suggets "they wouldn't match" and that she is not a role model, like Tay-Tay is.

The *Bitch Better Have My Money *singer told NME: "I don't think I would [join her on stage]. I just don't think it makes sense.

"I don't think our brands are the same: I don't think they match, I don't think our audiences are the same. In my mind she's a role model, I'm not."

Personally we'd love to see RiRi and Tay-Tay collaboration and never say never.

The 27-year-old did however say she'd love to work with Kanye West again.

"Kanye definitely wanted to be involved in making the album, so he did start helping me make it," she added.

"Now we just have to wait to get back in the studio together. His schedule and mine are totally opposite right now, but I think this month we'll be back in the studio."

Rihanna is covering the inaugural issue of NME’s new free weekly magazine, out tomorrow.

The Bad Gal RiRi, as she calls herself on Instagram, has also spoken to the magazine about her much-awaited eight studio album.

“To me it’s never done until it’s done. Until the final moment,” says RiRi on the album's status.

“I have so many songs I love—and they’re so different—that it’s hard to actually put them all on the same album.”
