Rita Ora is “angry” over claims that she’s just doing X Factor judging role for the money

Well, she'll hardly be thrilled

If you’ve not heard it by now then you must live somewhere VERY far flung (and we’re quite jealous, if so. Have you got a lovely beach on your front door step? And would you like to do a house swap?).

Anyway, Rita Ora is one of our new X Factor judges – along with Nick Grimshaw (then there’s familiar faces Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Simon Cowell).

Rita’s come under fire for switching from The Voice to X Factor after an insider at the BBC said she’d chosen “cash over credibility”.

A source close to the singer told The Mirror:

“Rita is adamant she is not moving for money. She is angry and insistent that she started as a guest judge on The X Factor and is going home. She has a new album this autumn and it all fits.

“But if it was all just about money she wouldn’t be on the show and would be going around the world making millions from endorsements and more live performances.”

Yeah, but you would say this, right? Nobody is going to admit that actually they just really want the money and couldn’t care less about the music…

Not that we’re insinuating this is the case with Rita.

And credibility of The Voice is also completely arguable, too, btw. Just sayin’.
