The pressure of trying to survive X Factor's Six Chair Challenge to make it to the judges houses can be a lot to handle as a contestant. But in this year’s edition, Rita Ora proved that judges also struggle under the tension of the anxiety-inducing process.

In tonight’s show (Sunday 4th October) the singer can be seen getting extremely anxious while trying chose between two contestants, with mounting pressure coming from audience, too.

The 24 year old was the first before Simon Cowell, Nick Grimshaw and Cheryl Versini-Fernandez to face the challenge , which consists of her cutting her 16 girls down to just six.

As the crowd made their voices heard while Rita was trying to make the tough decision, she said:

"The crowd is crazy out there. I think I'm having a mini panic attack. Oh my God! I feel so sick."

The audience then began to ‘boo’ her, and she said: 'I can't do it. I actually can't do it,' while looking tearful.

With young people’s hopes and hearts on the line, we can see why it was so hard for poor Rita to make a choice.

She continued:

'It's getting definitely intense. I'm probably the most hated person in the UK right now. It's so unfair. This is the hardest thing in the world – they hate me right now.'

We can't wait to see what happens in tonights show now...
