Rita Ora has jet lag people. Yes, jet lag.

She posted the a picture of her younger self with the caption: "My good morning but don't talk to me right now jet lag face. Yep that's me."

The I Will Never Let You Down singer has clearly had a busy morning, jet lag and fishnets all in one go..."Fishnet kinda morning," posted the star, who has a small, three-lined, cameo in the upcoming film Fifty Shades of Grey.

The 24-year-old has been galavanting around London today and was feeling the affects of arriving to the UK from America a few days ago.

Rita features in the Fifty Shades film, which is based on E.L James' raunchy book, as Christian Grey's sister Mia.

Charli XCX, who had Rita feature on her track Doing It, recently told us that The Voice judge demanded the song for herself.

However Charli compromised to allow a duet instead.

Charli said: "I played her the song a while ago because I was going to do some writing for her record..."

"She was like "I want this song," and I said: "Nah, you can't have it." She was pestering me for it until eventually I said: "You know what? We could do it together"."
