If we accidentally catch a glimpse of our naked body in the mirror we quickly grab a towel, cover ourselves up and curl into the fetal position on the floor and cry.
But Rita Ora takes a different approach – she stands in front of her reflection and compliments her body because she thinks it’s amazing.
She told The Sun: “You have to come to terms with loving your body.
“Stand naked in front of the mirror and say, ‘I’m f**king sexy.’ I’m very proud to say I think about sex.
“It’s what everybody thinks about, whether they say it or not. For me, sex is a form of getting to know a person – feeling someone’s skin.”
Well, when we first get to know someone we just say “hi”, but each to their own.
It’s a good thing Rita has managed to perfect her sex thoughts – she recently revealed she felt a bit lonely whilst dating singer Calvin Harris.
She said: “I was about to start a tour and he was all over the place.
“There’s only so much you can do when you don’t see each other.”
