We can’t imagine Robert Pattinson looking anything other than very handsome but, according to the man himself, if it weren’t for his career, he’d be a lot less attractive.
The 29-year-old actor even said he had holidayed somewhere “secret” to avoid anyone getting snaps of his apparently portly physique.
“I had to go on holiday to an extravagant secret location this year because I was afraid of someone photographing my gut.”
Rob, who is engaged to FKA twigs, also told The Times that he had the “vanity” of Hollywood to thanks for not being a total slob bucket.
“I'm so glad about the vanity required in this job because if I didn't have to stay in shape, I'd be such a fat arse, but it used to be that I could start working out four weeks before a job and it would be totally fine. Now? Nothing happens. You just beat your body into submission. What the f**k is going on?”
We think the right term is AGE, babes. Unfortunately your bod just can’t be bothered to snap back into shape with the ease it did as a 20-year-old. Sad times, eh?
The Life star also revealed he is terrified of being found out as a rubbish actor.
“[I have] a constant fear of being found out and humiliated as an actor. A month before I start a job, my entire mind falls apart, [worrying about] unfathomable depths of disaster. It's so difficult not to just think that you're a fraud.”
