So as Justin Bieber surprised fans yesterday by revealing his bleach blond hair yesterday and now Ruby Rose has made it clear to fans that she *is *still a strong contender for the Biebz' twin.

The 29-year-old *Orange Is The New Black *actress posted a split-image on Instagram of herself and Justin rocking their new 'dos and captioned it: "What do you mean?" - Which we know is the title of Justin's new single, clever Ruby.

Bieber’s definitely calmed down of late. There’s been hardly any peeing in mop-buckets, not nearly as much egg-throwing. And not once has he left a monkey in Germany this month. Until this shocker of a new 'do was revealed, which let's face it, isn't half as bad as some things he's done.
