We're gonna call it – this series of The X Factor has been the best one ever. Borderline better than that one with Matt Cardle and One Direction.
There were couples (apparently) porking left, right and centre – mainly on the stairs., Honey G, Dermot O'Leary was back (<3), and Simon Cowell was looking a bit of a DILF, tbh.
And we've been getting very excited that it's reaching an even higher peak than before, as a whole load of people (on Twitter and the like) started claiming that Emily Middlemas and Ryan Lawrie (of the aforementioned stair porking) were getting MARRIED.
The rumours were sparked when Emily tweeted: “OH MY GOD @RyanLawrie_ HAS GAVE ME THE BEST SURPRISE IN THE WORLD I AM THE LUCKIEST GIRL EVER. OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!! [sic].”
And so Twitter obviously exploded (kinda) with speculation.
People were saying things like: "Engagement ring?", "What did he do? Propose?" and “Is it a proposal? If it is you are seriously so lucky and you deserve it so much!”
But Ryan has now addressed the rumours, and insisted they definitely AREN'T getting hitched. So we can all calm down.
He told The Sun Online: “It’s not true! That’s false information.”
IN OTHER NEWS, did you hear that Matt Terry might be an X Factor JUDGE?
He told the Daily Star: “I don’t think the show is a curse, it’s all down to you and how hard you work.
“I plan on working extremely hard to be a successful artist, I would love to continue to be involved with X Factor and help future contestants.”
He also spoke about Nicole Scherzinger (who he was romantically linked to, remember?), saying: “We are so close and after our victory we will remain close and I’ll remain part of the family. We will see what I can do but to be at Judges’ Houses with her would be a dream, I will do what I can to help out.”
