Joe Jonas of Jonas Brothers fame has spoken out on Zayn Malik’s decision to quit One Direction, and is very supportive, bless him.
Well, Joe should understand – he had a big ol’ barney with his brothers when they split. You know, creative differences and that.
Joe spoke to HollywoodLife.com and said he’s totally in support of Zayn’s tricky decision.
"Look, I went through it myself and Nick [Jonas], my brother, tweeted the other day that sometimes you have to go through some tough decisions to find true happiness and I stick behind him on that,” he said.
"You know it’s not easy. They are under so much scrutiny in their spotlight. And to live a normal free life is difficult, sometimes you want to be a kid and you want to grow up. To find normalcy in the craziness is the most important.”

We might add here that Zayn left the band for a normal life and then headed into the recording studio with Naughty Boy. But, er, yeah.
"It's a lot of pressure. I think that my situation was really unique, I had family with me.
"I feel like it is a tough world already, and I was thankful to have family and walk through it with them, but it's all about how you balance it, and trying to implement a few moments of normalcy and quietness in a really crazy ride."
Of course, Nick could be accused of jumping on the Zayn-comment-wagon in order to get some publicity, but he could also just be a massive Zayn fan. Who knows?
