Unless you literally haven't picked up a phone, logged on to some form of social media or browsed a little something we like to the call the Internet recently, you'll know EXACTLY who we're talking about when we say Salt Bae (see also: Salt Guy / Salt Man).

If not WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? There are literally memes of this guy all over the place. Check out the Instagram video of his sultry meat-slicing technique which started this whole thing off.

Just look at the way he sprinkles his salt. Such flair, such finesse, but also such masculinity and raw eroticism.... We're kinda in love.

Anyway, in real life Salt Bae AKA Nusret Gökçe is so much more than just a salt-sprinkling aficionado. He's actually a Turkish restaurant owner and he's apparently about to open a restaurant in London.

Speaking to the Turkish Hürriyet Daily News, Nusret / Salt Bae said he plans to make his restaurant chain, Nusr-Et Steakhouse, into a global sensation, with branches opening in London and New York over the next few months.

Book us a table ASAP pls.

But 'what about the language barrier?' we hear you ask. Nusret has admitted he cannot speak English BUT fear not as he can "communicate with people through meat."

You had us at salt, bae.
