Sam Smith plans collaboration with John Legend!

The* Stay With Me* singer yesterday swept the board at the MOBO awards, taking home four prizes from the music event.

But before this, he took to the Q Awards in London where he bagged the Best Newcomer Award.

Sam isn’t finished though and is now planning on making some new music with some of the biggest people in the industry.

“John Legend is definitely up there for me,” Sam told heat on the red carpet.

“I want to work with John so badly. I love him so much. I’d love to work with Ed [Sheeran] as well at some point and Jessie Ware – she’s one person I definitely want to work with in the future.”

But the 22-year-old insisted he wouldn’t be banging down their doors to make the collaborations happen. Instead, he added: “When I work with people, I like it to happen organically so I let it flow and happen naturally.”
