Heatworld first reported it a whole day ago, but Sam Smith has FINALLY confirmed for definite that he'll be singing the theme song for the new James Bond film, Spectre.
Having posted a picture of himself wearing a ring with what looked like the Spectre logo on it yesterday, Sam this morning tweeted to confirm the exciting news.
He revealed the big track, which always accompanies the opening credits, is called* Writing's On The Wall*.

As recently as four days ago, Sam was still protesting that he wasn't involved with the Bond franchise, even telling Radio 2: "That's not me. That's definitely not me.
"I've still got loads to do, I've got an Australia tour, but I kind of finish in December which is great, it gives me a chance to be in London, be in my home and go out with my friends."
Even last August, he was saying he had "no idea" about who would sing the theme.
"You probably know more than me; I didn't even read the article," he told one interviewer.
"I think it's something everyone would love to do, but yeah, it was all news to me. I won't say any more on it."
